UMA JUNNARKAR, CEO

Uma is an IP Attorney and cofounder of the firm. She has extensive experience in prosecution and litigation of patents, trademarks and copyrights. She is rendering IP services to leading clients in India, US and Europe for over 10 years. At Innovolve she brings in her experience in services and consulting industry and is highly instrumental in business management activities of the firm. She has started her career with Shah and Shah Associates, Mumbai as an IP executive and since then has worked with some of the top electrical, software, and media companies in relation to patents, technology management, and contract management projects. Uma has been involved in IP prosecution, licensing and litigation work for many complex cases. Uma has a LLB degree from Mumbai University. She is also a registered patent and trade mark agent.

AMOL GHADGE, ASSOCIATE

Amol has a profound knowledge and experience in IP Management and Patent Drafting. Amol leads the effort in establishing technology enabled processes that allows Innovolve to provide well integrated services efficiently and effectively. Amol has worked very closely with start ups in legal and IP services outsourcing industry, typically LOPs and KPOs. After working as a software engineer with various leading companies and research organizations for over 5 years, Amol began his career in Intellectual Property as a patent engineer. He worked with some of the top electronics, telecom and IT companies on various patent projects. Amol has been involved in drafting and prosecution work for over 100 Indian, US and PCT applications. Amol has a B.Tech from Nagpur University and LLB from Mumbai University. He is also a registered patent agent.

ADV. RAMESH MOHRE, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Adv. Ramesh Mohre is civil litigator and brings in 35 years of experience as an administrator and lawyer. Mr. Mohre has served as the Executive Director for international childrens' films for the childrens society under ministry of information broadcasting. He has been honoured to serve as a secretary of CSFI. His core areas of practices includes civil disputes, copyrights and entertainment rights management, income tax claims and consumer protection. He brings to the firm his sharp management perspective and administrative discipline. More than anything the wisdom garnered with more than 30 years of successful professional carrier is an asset to the company.

MR. Harish Narayan

Hari brings handsome corporate and contract management experience spanned over 15 years. In the past, Hari has spearheaded legal and contract management operations in IT and Retail industries. Hari is an adjunct faculty on corporate Legal & Commercial management discipline. He has extensively worked in a global environment for outsourcing industry, communicated to multiple stakeholders in different geographies for commercial contracting , vendor management and legal compliances. At Innovolve he is SME for Procurement Management and pre-signature commercial analysis. During his recent engagement he has lead Legal and Commercial functions in Negotiating, Contracting & Procurement functions for a global retails giant. MR. Rohit Shankar

Rohit brings huge value to Innovolve through his vivid experience spanning more than 17 years in corporate legal, outsourcing and litigation. His experience is spread across diversified Legal domain. At Innovolve, Rohit is a Global Delivery Lead for outsourcing division. Prior to Innovolve, Rohit worked with a global leader in outsourcing and was responsible for establishing contract management processes. In the past, Rohit has trained, formed, and led a team of attorneys in India, who supported Personal Injury lawyers in the USA. He has supervised end to end litigation and pre-litigation in Personal Injury domain, like Automobile accidents, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice etc. He has delivered high quality work in preparation of the initial Suit Papers for PI litigation and Demands Notices to Insurance Companies.

Rohit has also supported US attorneys for legal research, preparation of Memorandum of Law, Litigation and Pre-litigation Support, personal injury, contract management, and guided research team on Westlaw, LexisNexis, caselaws citation, blue-booking and sherardizing.
Rohit is a seasoned litigator and has moved Writs and appeared before Civil Appellate, High courts in several States in India, and Supreme Courts. Rohit is an authority for Civil Engineering Works Contracts litigation and arbitration.

MR. Chirantan Deshpande

Chirantan is an IT, Telecom and software geek and has done a lot of analytics work for fortune 500 clients in the past. Chirantan has handled complex assignments for top 25 global IT and telecom companies to provide insight on validity/invalidity and patentability of inventions, landscapes, and freedom to operate searches. Chirantan has B. Tech in computer engineering and is a registered patent agent. Chirantan leads IP Analytics division at Innovolve and assists companies for IP licensing and monetization. Chirantan is an application architect and leads system automation arm of Innovolve as well.
